General Terms


All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices are final as of time of order and good within two days from the time of the Purchase Order. All products are shipped F.O.B. (Freight On Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. For shipping damage, customer should file claim to its carrier immediately. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to Entourage  within 36 hours. All stocked items will be shipped the following business day. Your purchase from Entourage , because of our web site on the Internet, is an acknowledgment that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.


Limited Warranty


Entourage warrants defects of materials or workmanship for  days from the date of original purchase.

Order Processing


Orders will be processed for fulfillment within 24 hours of receipt. Once processed, your order will ship as indicated by the "ships within" time listed on each product page.

To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service. If you request cancellation of an order after the order has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery. Please note that our warehouses do not ship on weekends, nor is Saturday or Sunday delivery available. Orders may be delayed by increased holiday business, out-of-stock items, or unforeseen difficulties. Entourage  will make every attempt to meet shipping deadlines.
 

Return Policy


No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization (RA) for all goods returned in box unopened unused condition.. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. This charge will be assessed at the discretion of Entourage. We will NOT pay shipping on returns.

  • Online Returns Processing

    1. Email or fax your return request to contact information above. Please include your order number

    2. After receiving return authorization (RA) to return the items, print a copy of the return authorization email and ship to contact information above.

    3. We will notify you by email when your return has been received and processed We will NOT refund shipping unless the return is our error.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON: Gift Certificate, Rush orders

Shipping


All products will be shipped according to selected method during check out. Shipping fees calculated at UPS rates. Most items ship the following business day. Any ordered items not in stock will be shipped within 3 to 10 business days. If an out of stock item is delayed more than 10 days, Entourage will contact the buyer and offer a credit, if the buyer so chooses.

International Orders


Orders shipped to addresses outside the continental U.S. and Canada will be subject to higher shipping & insurance rates, as well as applicable customs, duties, and taxes. All such expenses will be the responsibility of the customer, regardless of whether the package is received or refused by the customer. These charges will be different than what you may receive in your Order Confirmation Email Orders sent to addresses outside the U.S. and Canada will be shipped via USPS Express Mail. Other common international carriers may be used, however, all arrangements and applicable fees will be the responsibility of the customer and to the satisfaction of Entourage. Entourage makes no claims or representations regarding warranties, compatibility, or service availability for any product shipped outside the continental United States.

Forms of Payment


Entourage  accepts credit cards including Visa, MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (this is the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Entourage  also accepts money orders and cashier’s checks. Orders are processed upon receipt and verification of payment.
